Uncomfortable chairSeptember 1, 2010 Chun O. Hall The chair is uncomfortable, poorly constructed, and feels quite cheap. One other issue, I would prefer to be able to lower the chair more but that's not possible. I would advise finding a chair you can try prior to purchase. Clearly, this is not an expensive chair but if you buy something you don't feel comfortable using you have wasted money. The assembly is not difficult but one of the screws attaching the main support bracket to the seat cushion would not go all the way down; I feel this reflects the overall poor quality. Given the chair is defective I will be returning it.
Great buy for a comfortable chairAugust 28, 2010 Linda Ordering was easy and the chair arrived quickly. Assembly was fairly straight forward -- but one of the holes in the seat didn't match up. We "re-drilled" and everything was fine. (Otherwise, I would have rated it 5 stars.) Very comfortable chair for my sewing room.
Excellent sewing chairAugust 13, 2010 Ms. Van(CA United States) This is the third chair I've tried using with my sewing machine/cabinet and I have finally found one that works wonderfully. It is easy to put together, firm and "cushy" at the same time, and offers great support when sitting at the sewing machine.

After using a folding chair for quite a while to sit at my laptop, I decided to get another chair. I decided on this one and am certainly glad I got it. I love the color, it is very comfortable, and was remarkably easy to assemble. I had actually put off assembling it for a few days because I was afraid it might take a while or I would not have the proper tools. It turned out to be quite the opposite however, and all I did was go to the company's web site to check the instructions. I intend to purchase another one since I am so well satisfied.

I bought this chair for my wife to use at work. Her and the other kids who work there say that it is very comfortable. Seems very sturdy and a good buy at an affordable price.
