BAD COMPANY!August 10, 2010 luv2shop The customer service at this company is very poor. We call with a question and spoke with Jackie and Mary and both were very condesending and rude. They kept interrupting us and wouldn't let us talk. We looked up the company with the better business bureau and found they had a F rating with 4 complaints in the past year with 2 unresolved!!
Very PleasedMarch 20, 2010 Skolinkinlot This bed was everything that was advertised. Extremely worth the price. I put it together by myself. All the parts/pieces were in-tact and included. It is very sturdy and well-made. The drawers are the perfect size and its easy to get the trundle in and out. I couldn't have found a better fit for what I needed and was looking for!

While it appeared to be a bit wider/deeper than we had anticipated, it fits in my daughter's room perfectly. It took about 3 hours to assemble, but all parts were packaged and shipped beautifully. An amazing piece of furniture at an incredible price.
Great trundle bedDecember 19, 2009 C. Rose(Philadelphia, PA) I love this bed! The trundle storage is great for spare linens. The wood did give off a strong smell but it did not last more than a week or so.

Decided to purchase this bed for our daughter. The bed came as 3 double boxed packages from Texas, and we received them within a week from the time I ordered. It took me around 4 hours to remove the bed from boxes and assembled it completely. Two of the drawer front panels were damaged during shipping and Bunk Bed King was able to mail me replacement ones within a week. Very nice customer service. As for the bed, it's nice quality bed made from Brazil. However the bed is around 30" in high after I put a 8" mattress on top. So we use Dex Products Safe Sleeper Bed Rail Ultra to prevent our daughter falling 30" off the bed and onto the floor.
