POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!August 10, 2010 luv2shop The customer service at this company is very poor. We call with a question and spoke with Jackie and Mary and both were very condesending and rude. They kept interrupting us and wouldn't let us talk. We looked up the company with the better business bureau and found they had a F rating with 4 complaints in the past year with 2 unresolved!!
Bed BadJuly 6, 2010 Disappointed I WOULD RATE THIS BED WITH ZERO STARS BECAUSE IT IS NOT STURDY. I MUST HAVE GOTTEN A BAD BED BECAUSE THE DESCRIPTION I HAVE DIFFERS FROM THOSE WHO GAVE BEDZ KING FOUR STARS. SHODDY PARTS,POOR WORKMANSHIP IN THE PRE-ASSEMBLED PARTS AND NOT STURDY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! SHOP AROUND OR BUY LOCAL.

Beautiful sturdy beds we purchased these for our toddlers. Very nice quality. Although at times the wood would crack while screwing in screws in certain places. We did not have a drill, it took almost 2 days to put together (alot of screwing)
Please be careful when putting this bed together. It was not specified in the directions, that there are certain pieces that have a tiny tiny dot. We had already put the first bed together and realized the one rail was for the top. It was rather frusterating, once again the directions are absolutely horrible
All in all I would recommend this product to a friend.

Just realized! Maybe I'm missing something but the trundle doesn't work out with this bed. We put together the trundle this moring, and realized that once you attatch the ladder (which I have to with my two toddlers) how are you supposed to pull the trundle out!? Do I have to detatch the ladder everytime we want to use the trundle for a guest/sleepover?
Silly setup.

I must agree with the reviews that are listed here. Well designed and constructed with excellent quality hardwood. This bed is rock solid. Delivered to us in three cartons with all needed hardware. The instructions could be written better but as long as you carefully match the picture on the instructions with the piece needed you will be ok. Completed assembly in 2 hours. The tool provided for the large screws is not very sturdy, so a good allen wrench is needed. Overall well pleased with these bunk beds.

I was very nervous about ordering this bunk bed because the price seemed too good to be true. The bed arrived very quickly. My husband had no problem putting it together. It is made of solid wood and looks exactly like the picture. My 3yr. old son loves his new bed! I'm glad that I didn't buy the Pottery Barn Kids bunk bed (I saved over $1300).
